That's scary, and wrong.  There is NO possible way libdb2-dev (Berkely
Database!) replaces libc6-dev.  What the package actually says
is "Replaces: ... libc6-dev (< 2.2.1-1)" (and the edgy version of libc6-dev
is 2.4+), but even that seems wrong.
