IRSSI log timestamps

Okay, this isn't specifically Ubuntu, but with the Ubuntu spirit in
mind and knowing how knowledgeable this mailing list is, I hope I can
get an answer. :)

I'm trying to make IRSSI format the log timestamps to include seconds.
This is easily achieved in the actual client, but the logs are still
in a HH:MM format, instead of HH:MM:SS, which I'd definitely prefer.

I Googled and Oogled and whatnotled, but couldn't find any info.
