If it's a synchronization problem, and you're getting a dialog
complaining about not being able to sync, this is what fixed it for
me...
Select Work Offline.
Close Evolution.
Open a terminal...
execute this from your home directory
find ~.evolution/ -name "*.ev-summary" -print0 | xargs -0 rm -rf
Start Evolution
Select Work Online.
