100-200 load average on an idle system: Help!

Thanks for taking a stab at it, but no. serverpronto.com guarantee me a 
physical machine of my own with no-one else on it. They don't monitor 
it, and as far as I know they don't even keep KVM plugged into it. It's 
just a box with a network card.
