installing Hula

I am trying to install Hula. After installing it and have it runnig I 
found this link (dapper instructions):

And I tried to install it this way. It worked ok, but now I cannot entre 
de administrative interface.

When configuring I recive this error:

Setting up access control...
ERROR: Could not grant object rights on \Tree
Rights could not be automatically set in the directory.
You will manually have to grant privileges on the base
to the Hula Messaging Server object.
Press Enter to continue:

Where is this folder? I supose I have to chown mail:mail it, but I don't 
know also.

PS: I am trying to install it as a office shared calendar.
