delete keys from gconf

Hello,

I had to delete gnome setting directories to recover gnome. I have
everything restored, yet. But I can't make evolution work again with my
IMAP account.

I purged all evolution packages. But the relevant settings have still
survived in gconf. How can I delete the relevant branch of keys from
there. gconf-editor does not offer a delete command.
