VirtualHost Issue (Ubuntu 6.10)

Here is one of the errors

[Sat Jan 06 11:28:42 2007] [warn] VirtualHost kasimir-schulz:80 overlaps
with VirtualHost khschulz-lab:80, the first has precedence, perhaps you need
a NameVirtualHost directive

What is apache2 complaining about in the logs? I think it has to do with
the *:80, at least mine did not like it
