Disable Screen Locking

Perfect.  Thank-you.

For the archives, there is also a key that lets you decide if it should
lock based on gnome-screensaver settings.

Now if I could just make the "switch user" option disappear from the
shutdown menu...  I think that is a feature that will appear in fiesty
though, so I guess it can just wait.
