When I was in Chicago, I used a webcam; it was (arguably) video, and
for the audio I used GnomeMeeting.
GnomeMeeting is now Ekiga, though I don't know if they've worked out
the video, yet.
You *could* always go with Packet8.net; voice is only $20 (not an
escalating-every-month bill from Ameritech with long distance, too.)
They HAVE a video service; they probably even have promotions on it. But
it's a really good service that just plugs into your hub and gets the
job done.
...though I'd REALLY love to answer the phone here at the PC; it
would involve some kinda headset, I fear...
