Installation on HP Pavilion Notebook

I have had big problems getting it working. Mine suddenly started once
when I put a wifi-card in and it's worked fine since. But I've tried
to get it to work on another install of Ubuntu on this same laptop
(dv8220ea), and it won't start.

Time to start a new thread on this wifi problem I think.
