apache 2 on Dapper

Since the upgrade to Dapper, I've been noticing that Apache 2 (installed
from repo's) dies almost every day.  Looking at the tail of the error
log in /var/log/apache2 , I see these same error messages.

Does anyone know why these messages occur? I've been searching on line
for these over the past 2 days, and haven't come up with anything that
points me in the right direction.  Any input is appreciated.
