Grub does not want to boot my Ubuntu

Wooh... it works!
Your tips didnt help much (but thank you!) and now - after looking into
a backup's fstab/menu.lst I know that
If my "/boot" Partition ist
sda6 and
my / is
sda9
It must be
hd(0,5) // 6 minus 1
/vmzlinuz (bot /boot vmzlinuz! the same again in the next line)
and root=/dev/sda9

I hope that helps all those poor google users in the future :)
