problem with Kismet

Hello, I use Ubuntu 6.10. I want use new version Kismet. Do you know
repository with new version Kismet (2007) ? I search just deb package. I
installed this. When I run kismet as root he  return me

 kismet
Server options:  none
Client options:  none
Starting server...
Waiting for server to start before starting UI...
FATAL:  Could not find user 'your_user_here' for dropping priviledges. 
Make sure you have a valid user set for 'suiduser' in your config file. 
See the 'Installation & Security' and 'Configuration' sections of the
README file for more information.
[1] + Done(1)                    ${BIN}/kismet_server --silent ${server}
