MBR are the first bits on your hard drive. If you want to remove grub,
you can boot with a windows CD and write
fixmbr C:\
(or so)...
And maybe you have to execute fixboot C:\ , too. If windows says, "XXX
failed", maybe the bootflag is not set for this partition (gparted
should be able to do that.)
