Multiple resolutions don't work after edgy install

I tried filing a bug in launchpad, but it seems it just points me to
the upstream site...

It didn't finish the compile.  I'll try again later...

A new xorg 7.2 just came out, but I haven't seen any packages yet.
Anyone have any idea how long that might take?
