I've run firestarter, and it's pretty easy to set up and configure.
Guarddog - last update Nov. 2006 (the owner says that he's been busy
with other projects, which probably means that updates here might be
lagging...
FireHOL latest news - Jan 2005, R5 v1.226 released...
