Among those, only OpenOffice *uses* Java per se, and I think it has been
specifically modified to facilitate computability with Classpath.
Firefox has a Classpath-based Java applet plugin:
java-gcj-compat-plugin
That's less mature, but still has worked for most purposes (in contrast
to Gnash, a libre Flash plugin that is still pretty far behind).
Hopefully, Sun will be prompt in releasing the rest of Java under the
GPL (http://www.sun.com/2006-1113/feature/story.jsp) as promised, and
these workarounds won't be as necessary.
