Problem burning DVD / Who to assign to in launchpad

OK, think the original question may of got lost.  I am trying to
assign bug #15424, which was on the dvd+rw-tools package, to a team.
My question was what team/person to assign the bug to.  The (eronius)
answer was to file the bug against cdrtools (which I misunderstood as
meaning there is a team called this);(.  I have now changed the
package to cdrtools so hopefully it will get picked up.  It looks like
the dvd+rw-tools is a black hole as the bug was created over a year
ago and has not be assigned to anyone.
