I have to say that the server-config tools that come with Fedora Core 
are second to none. Infact I even changed my server to fedora core (with 
gnome) just to take advantage of those tools. I know it's not the answer 
you were looking for, but if there are server config tools available for 
ubuntu then I may switch back.
