Controlling servers (e.g. apache, samba)

Hi all, what are people's favourite interfaces for controlling servers
(apache, smb, etc.)? Remotely? Locally?

Specifically, I'm thinking of apache (httpd), samba and apple file
sharing. I'm used to webmin but it doesn't seem to be in the
repository so I'm wondering if there are alternatives (I'll build it
from source tonight but I figured I'd ask about alternatives).
