(1) What kind of blue screen?
(2) Have you installed the ivtv kernel modules?
(3) Have you checked the log files? (/var/log/myth*)
(4) Are you using the prepackaged binaries (.deb files) or are you
compiling from scratch?
(5) What is the output of the started programs?
(6) Need .... more .... info :)
