Life on the Command Line

Thank you to everybody who has replied with suggestions and
recommendations for command-line applications (but please, don't stop
sending them in because they have been fascinating so far and I enjoy
playing with new things, even new-old things!)

One thing I would like to do is change the font size in text sessions.
Even better would be to configure different screen formats in different
text sessions - is this possible?
