AMD 690G and Ubuntu 7.10

Hi,

how to run Ubuntu 7.10 on a K9AG Neo2 Digital motherboard with AMD 690G chip set and ATI Radeon X1250?

I can't start LiveCd nor install in text modus.

The bios version is the latest version. 

7.04 works but only in vesa mode.
