LOL yeah sounds scarey. All I did was in the ~/.mozilla/plugins
directory I did:

ln -s /etc/alternatives/libjavaplugin_oji_mozilla_firefox.so
libjavaplugin_oji.so

Think I did not even have to restart Firefox
