Just that you went to Mozilla for help and you are almost certainly using
the Ubuntu version of Firefox.

I don't know how to find out all the things that Ubuntu has changed about
Firefox, so I usually delete the Ubuntu firefox packages and go to
mozilla.com to download and install the real version of Firefox.

Then when you make changes like this they will work.
