Apparently your wifi adapter.

Since it says "SW error", maybe look for new firmware or try ndiswrapper
instead of a native driver. Also, since it says channel 13, and that's not
a legal channel in some places (I'm pretty sure it is for you...), perhaps
just setting your router to use a channel in the 1-11 range would stop the
problem. Obviously, if that works it's not a real fix, but it's a
reasonable workaround.
