LOL. There's a loophole big enough to drive an aircraft carrier through.
If you were copying all the kids email, it wouldn't be arbitrary, and in
most places I think you'd find it lawful, too. Not that I think it's
right, just that that's the sort of language I expect from UN resolutions.
