There's Moving to Ubuntu, by Marcel Gagne (I think), and Ubuntu Linux for
Non-Geeks (don't remember the author, but google it and you'll find it. I
have read both. There's also Ubuntu Unleashed, but that is definitely not
"grandma"-suited (albeit more useful to me).
