real player install snafu!!!

Yo all...

I've been going bananas trying to install RealPlayer. Apparently,
the download link at the Real Networks website is broken:
http://www.real.com/linux

Can someone please point me to an alternate .bin file, cause
the player certainly doesn't show up in any Gutsy repository.
I have enabled all of them....
