Palm M130 not syncing! Lying acout number of ports!

Hi!

I've tried USB:  <- colon
But nothing happens!

What is worse....

when I call j-Pilot the keyboard freezes!!!

Not the mouse! only the keyboard


What kind of conflict it might be?
