kopete: Kopete doesn't sort the contact-list after a statuschange

Normally Kopete sorts the contact-list in a way that all contacts that are
online are on top and the offline ones are below. However if one of the
offline contacts changes its status to online, the list isn't resorted.

This is quite anoying since you might easily miss someone you are waiting
for who happens to be more towards the end of your list and thus normally
off screen.
