CDE is a proprietary DE, so it won't be included in Ubuntu, but
according to http://www.opengroup.org/cde/ Xig has made Linux binaries
available, but I think they are pricey (several hundred dollars).
But CDE is really terrible, and I don't think it's being supported
anymore. The web site I menionted above hasn't been updated since 2001.
Solaris is moving/has moved to GNOME, by the way.
