Which brings to the next level question that always bothered me: the
medibuntu's version is suposed to have mp3 support, but it also
doesn't work without the separate package (which they strangely also
supply).  Can anyone confirm this, or am I missing something?

Anyone does not agree that this makes medibuntu's version exactly the
same as the original repo's, except for the scarry legalese
description?
