Help needed with apt-get !

I am running Feisty 7.04, now as of this morning when I tried using 
apt-get update, I am getting this message:
E: Could not lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (11 Resource 
temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the list directory...

Now does anyone know how I should correct this problem...
