Dual Tuner TV USB

Hi all,
I'm interested in info on what Dual tuner USB TV devices are out their
that :
a) work on Ubuntu
b) have picture in picture
c) work with MythTV for recording to disk (and burning to DVD)
d) what haven't I covered as a requirement as I don't know much about
this
