Firefox question

no problem here (feisty)

$ LANG=C apt-cache policy firefox
firefox:
  Installed: 2.0.0.6+1-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 2.0.0.6+1-0ubuntu1

I have tried to open a local file via FF -> menu > file open
and via double click on .htm file in nautilus.
Both work as expected.
