I've experienced with two diferent external USB disks that if I mount them, 
then umount/eject/unplug (select any) and the try to mount/plug it again, it 
will be marked as Read-Only even thought mount says they are RW.
I've tried both the console commands (mount/remount/umount) and Nautilus 
(mount/unmount/unplug)
Both disk were formated on vfat (FAT32).
