the lost+found folder is used by fsck when it "founds" "lost" inodes
which contains somewhat valid data ... fsck then stores
that data there for inspection ... or so i understood ;)

The 180MB are used to store the structure information for the
filesystem ... and there's a slight overhead for every "chunk"
of data stored so the command "df" compensate showing that
you have 70 "real" GB of storage (instad or roughly 74 ...)
