I doubt very much that it's spam... My guess is that it's a hit of the
wrong button/email address. Google for the OP (particularly in Groups);
he doesn't appear to be a spammer to me. Could also be that he has a
virus that is sending to all in the addressbook - vectrbas-d.com appears
to be MS oriented:
