Picasa2 in Ubuntu

Hi all,

Since the Linux version of Picasa doesn't have the option to upload to Web
Albums I installed the windows version using wine, as seen in many blogs in
the internet, so I can use this option. Now, Picasa for Windows is running
fine in my ubuntu 6.06 system but when I try to upload pictures a popup
shows up saying "You must have an internet connection to use this feature".
I get this error in the console as well:
"fixme:wininet:InternetGetConnectedState always returning LAN connection.".

Any help on that one?
