Press Alt+F2 and in the box that appears, type this:
gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources/list
Enter your password when prompted. An editor will appear. Edit the
file to replace 'dapper' with 'edgy', save, and close the editor. Then
open a Terminal (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal) and type these
commands, pressing Enter after each one:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Enter your password when prompted, and reboot when they're both
finished. The first time, this will bring your system up to Edgy.
Repeat again, this time when you open the editor replace 'edgy' with
'feisty', and enter the same two commands in Terminal again. Then,
you'll be up to the latest Feisty release :)
