Have you tried to run it from the terminal to see if it outputs any errors.

That happened to me when I used Kubuntu. I had someone thinking I was
using win XP. I quickly corrected them :)

Personally, when I choose between Gnome and KDE I simply wrote down
every KDE program I liked and every Gnome program I liked and selected
the one with more software I liked to use.

You mean of the terminal emulator?

In gnome-terminal look under Edit->Profiles. You can create different
profiles which include the font size.

cj,

I've not used KDE for ages but I imagine you could substitute
"konqueror" for "nautilus" in the text file, which you could create in
KDE's text editor in place of GEdit and that there's a way in KDE to
make the text file executable(?). Then you'd just need to make the KDE
panel's version of an application launcher ...

I'm not sure, though, whether this is a solution to a bug in Nautilus
(in which case it won't help you) or in Feisty generally (in which case
it might?)

We need some more expert input, I think!

Best wishes,

Rob

Hi

I had similar until I realized it needed 3d acceleration. So if you haven't,
you'll need to enable your 3d hardware (assuming you have it, e.g. nvivia,
ati, etc)

Hi all,

does anyone know of any pointers towards more information on how to
install the kross KDE-scripting modules for ruby?

I can find some tutorials on how to _use_ kross, but information on how
to get the corresponding ruby modules installed is extremely sparse.

One thing I know is that I need to have kdelibs4 installed, but any
information beyond that would be appreciated.

thanks,
Bram

This is a gmail issue if your using an email client. (pop3/smtp)
Your posts are probablly making it to the list, you just dont get a copy of your submission due to the way gmail handles your sent/received email.

I see your previous posts as well - there is something about problems with kmail and konqueror - so your postings are making it, you just dont get a copy back due to the gmail issue.
