Gnickr on Feisty

Hi list

I am trying to install Gnickr [0] which I downloaded pre-packaged.
Where can I place a feature request to include Gnickr in official
Ubuntu repositories?

# dpkg -i gnickr_0.0.3-1_i386.deb
