Seeing the Kubuntu GUI from a Windows PC

Thanks. I have /etc/kde3/kdm as the root directory and according to the
kdrmc file,

Enable=true
Xaccess=/etc/kde3/kdm/Xaccess
Willing=/etc/kde3/kdm/Xwilling

I don't have /usr/share/config!

I restarted kdm but when I run Xmanager2's Xbrowser, I get

    *Waiting for client connections ...
    Xdmcp fatal error: Manager unwilling Host unwilling*

      

WTF???
