Some problems with feisty

Hi,
I upgraded to Feisty and almost everything when smooth. Still I had a
few details I'd like to solve.
My ubuntu main language is japanese but sometimes i log in in english.
Now whenever I log in in english the menus of some applications
(rhythmbox, terminal, synaptic, etc) are in japanese! I have installed
japanese menus: rhythmbox, synaptic. Language-pack-en & base,
language-pack-gnome-en & base and language-support-en are installed. I
checked System Administration-> languages and everything looks fine.

Sometimes laptop keyboard and mouse doesnt work when resuming from
suspend. If you suspend and resume again it workds. It happens once
every 4 or 5 times.

Desktop effects works the 1st i enable it. Afterwards cube wont work.
Tried the 2 commands to set it to 1 desktop and 4 sides of the cube but
it wouldnt work. Removing .compiz folder and enabling afterwards works
ok. (not important since i rather use metacity)

Lost NVU but found a deb with kompozer.

Now whenever you minimize rhythmbox the song lyrics windows minimizes
too. I like it better in Edgy.

Thanks in advance and any sugestion for the language problem is welcome.
