Edgy->Feisty: option to download everything in advance?

I just had a thought -- you could also download the alternate install
.iso image, mount it, and add it as an apt repository.  Most of the
feisty packages needed for upgrade will be in it.  (The live CD cannot be
used as an apt repository.)
