Juniper network connect with Juniper SA2000

I am trying to use the java VPN client offer from the juniper SA 2000

I have followed the instructions from
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=232607
Once the java applet loads it crashes with an error "unable to load
library libncui.so"
I have found this file within the directory created by juniper
$HOME/.juniper_networks/network_connect/libncui.so

How can i make this library load with the network connect library?
