Error to receive fax using efax

Hi,
 I am using the efax along with the t38modem for making a fax call. I open the two terminals ttyx0 and ttyx1 using hte linux command,
 
./obj_linux_x86_r/t38modem -n -o trace.log -p ttyx0,ttyx1 --route 0 at 127.0.0.1 --route all at 10.117.4.194   
 
 
And from the efax I use the send command to send a file.
 
I see that , the call is setup, I see that transmitter and receiver channels are opened up on the t38 fax machine but get the below error to receive the frame

Seems like this is a timing issue. Can anybody help?
