which cd for feisty

Which CD do I need to use for installing Feisty to an external drive?
Looking at the downloads page I see only the desktop Cd and Server CD.
With Edgy I was told that if I wanted to install to an external USB 
Drive I would have to use an Alternate CD but because I don't know when 
I am going to get Ubuntu installed there isn't one for Feisty.
Has the Desktop CD installer been modified to accept installing to an 
External USB drive or do you use the Server CD?
