Ough, silly me...  It was the beta.  I downloaded it about a week
ago, but had not the time to try it until yesterday.  The "alpha"
was from my biologic memory, which seems not to be very reliable ;-)

I'm currently downloading the final and I'll report whether the
problem still exists.
